Qalisa is a company dedicated to the development of mobile solutions with
the vision of putting digital at the service of reality. Our products and services –
including Ivy and advertisements are linked to this Privacy Policy – offer an
innovative way to discover, share and meet around your desires!
As one of the values promoted by Qalisa is transparency, we consider it
important that you know that by using these services you share certain
information with us, but also that you know what information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we may share it. In addition, you will have the opportunity
to be kept informed of the controls we give you to access, update and delete
your information.
Here is our Privacy Policy in its simplest form and
accessible to all. If necessary, please

Information Collected
The information collected comes from three main sources:

Here are more specific explanations on each of these categories.
Data that you send us
When you interact with our services, we collect the information you provide
to us. For example, when creating your account, we need to collect
some important details about you, such as your gender, name, nickname, password, phone number,
and date of birth.
While using Ivy, we may also ask you to provide us with additional
information such as a profile picture or recovery email address. Your profile
picture will not be made public but will be visible at the end of the process
of using Ivy, or before, if you express the wish. Other services, such as in-app
purchases, may require you to provide us with a debit or credit card number and
associated account information.
While we emphasize respect when using the app and do our best to provide
you with a user-friendly environment in which you control your data, other
users with access to your public data can still save that content or copy it
outside of the app. So be kind to others but also considerate to yourself in
the same way you can on the Internet in general, avoiding sharing messages and
elements that you would not like to see recorded or shared by others.
Finally, when you contact customer service or otherwise contact us, we
collect the information you want to give us or that we need to answer your
question.
Data we obtain when
you use our services
When you use our services, we collect data about the categories you are most
interested in and how you use our app. We might know, for example, that you have been
interested in a specific urge, have consulted another specific urge for a while, and exchanged with other Buddiz'. Here is a fuller
explanation of the types of data we collect when you use our services:

Usage Data. We collect information about your
activity through our services. For example, we may collect information about:
o
How you use our
services, for example, the Buds you keep on your Ivy, or the categories you prefer.
o
How you interact with
other Buddiz', such as their nicknames, the time and date of your exchanges,
the number of messages you exchange with them, the Buddiz' with which you
exchange the most messages, as well as your interactions with these messages
(such as when you opened a message).
· Content Information. We collect content
you create on our services and information about the content you create, such
as how many Buddiz' have seen the content and metadata that is provided with
the content.

Data relating to the
device used. We collect information issued from the devices
used and information about the devices themselves. For example, we collect:
o
Information about your
hardware and software, such as hardware model, operating system version, device
memory and identifiers, public key, browser type, keyboards installed, language, and
time zone;
o
Information from the
device's sensors, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, compasses, microphones
and the presence or absence of connected headphones; and
o
Information about
your mobile and wireless network connections, such as your mobile phone number,
service provider, IP address, and signal strength.
· Phone book of the device. As Ivy is
designed to connect you with new contacts or accompany you with your
pre-existing friends, communicate with other Buddiz', we may - with your consent - collect
information from the phone book of your device.
· Camera and photos. Some of our services
require us to collect images and other information from your camera and photos
on your device. For example, you won't be able to send certain images or scan a QR Code
from your camera, if we can't access your camera or photos.
· Location Information. When you use our
services we may collect information about your geographical location. With your
permission, we may also collect information about your precise location using
methods such as GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and
other sensors such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses.
· Information Collected by Cookies and Other Technologies. Like most online services and mobile applications, we may use cookies and
other similar technologies, such as web beacons, online storage, and unique
advertising identifiers to collect information about your activity, browser,
and device. We may also use these technologies to collect information when you
interact with our business users.
For example, we may use information collected on other websites to show you
more relevant advertisements. Most web browsers accept cookies by default. If
you wish, you can normally delete or refuse browser cookies using the settings
of your browser or device. However, please be aware that deleting or refusing
cookies may impact the availability and operation of our Services.
· Log file information. We also collect log
information when you use our website, such as:

Information about how
you have used our services;

Information about
your device, such as your web browser type and language used;
o
Consultation hours;
o
The pages visited;
o
IP address;
o
Identifiers
associated with cookies or other technologies that uniquely identify your
device or browser; and

The pages you visited
before or after accessing our website.
Data collected from
third parties.
We may collect information about you from other
users and third parties. Here are some examples:
· Advertisers, app developers, publishers, and other third parties may also
share information with us. We may use this information, among other things, to
help target or measure the performance of advertisements.
· If another user downloads their contact list, we may associate information
from that user's contact list with other information we have collected about
you.
Use of data
The data we collect allows us to provide you with
the most accurate services for the smoothest possible experience. Thus, with this data allow us to:
· Develop, operate, improve, provide, manage and protect our products and
services;
· Send you information, including by email. For example, we may use email to
respond to your requests for technical support or to share information about
products, services and promotional offers that we think may be of interest to
you;
· Monitor and analyze trends and usages;
· Personalize our services by, among other things, suggesting friends, profile information, badges, personalizing
the content weshow you, including from our advertisers.
· Provide and improve our advertising services, ad targeting, and ad
measurement, including using your precise location information (again, if you
have given us permission to collect that information), both on and off our
services. See the Controlling Your Data section below for
more information about Qalisa 's advertising practices and the options
available to you;
· Improve the safety and security of our products and services;
· Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other illegal or unauthorized
activity;
· Use information collected through cookies or other technology to improve
our services and your user experience;
· Strengthen, investigate, and report behavior that violates our Terms of Service
or other usage policies, respond to requests from law enforcement authorities,
and comply with legal obligations.
Information Sharing
We may share information about you in the following ways:
· With other Buddiz'. We may share the following
information with other Buddiz':
o
Information about
you, such as your username, name and photo;
o
Information about how
you have interacted withour services, such as your Ivy "score", your top
interests and the badges you have been rewarded with that will help Buddiz'
understand your links with other users of our services. For example, since an activity
proposal does not necessarily come from someone you really know, we may share
information that you are particularly active and reliable;
o
Content you post or
send in private chat Rooms. The extent of sharing your content depends on the day or night mode
you're in and the information you've agreed to share.
· With our professional advertisers. We may share the following
information with our professional advertisers:
o
Public information,
such as your name, username, public key, and public profile.
o
Information about
your main interests for personalizing the advertisers you may encounter on Ivy.
· With third parties. We may share information about you with
service providers who optimizeyour experience, including in-app purchases:
o
We may share
information about you with business partners who provide services and features
on our services.
o
We may share
information about you, such as information about your device or usage, to help
us and third parties prevent fraud.
o
We may share
information about you for legal, safety and security reasons. We may share
information about you if we have reasonable grounds to believe that disclosure
is necessary to:
o
Comply with any valid
legal process, administrative request, or applicable law, rule or regulation;
o
Investigate, rectify
or sanction potential violations of the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
o
Protect our rights,
property, or safety, as well as those of our users or any other person;
o
Detect and resolve
any fraud or security issues.
o
We may share
information about you in connection with a merger or acquisition. If Qalisa is
involved in a merger, asset sale, financing transaction, liquidation or
bankruptcy or in an acquisition of all or a portion of its business by another
company, we may share your information with that company before and after the
transaction closes.
· Non-Personal Information. We may also share aggregated, non-personally
identifiable or anonymized information with third parties who provide services
to us or perform business activities for us.
Third Party Content
and Integrations
Our Services may contain third-party content and
integrations. Examples include third-party integrations in the in-app shopping
space, or third-party services in Chat.
Through these integrations, you may transmit information to the third party as
well as to Qalisa. We are not responsible for how these third parties collect
or use your information. As always, we encourage you to review the privacy
policies of any third-party websites or services you visit or use, including
those with which you interact through our Services.
Retention period of
your data
Ivy allows you to discover, share and meet new
interests with other Buddiz'. These meetings leading in the best case, to new
friendships, it means on our side, that most of the interactions you have had
with other users can be kept for the duration of your use of our services.
We retain other information for longer periods of time. Like what:
· We retain basic account information (such as your name, phone number, email
address) until you ask us to delete it.
· We retain location information for different periods of time depending on
its accuracy and the services you use. If location information is associated
with a scan, we will keep that location for as long as we keep the
history of the encounter.
If you decide to stop using Ivy, simply ask us to
delete your account. We also delete most of the information we have collected
about you after you have been inactive or inactive for two years.
Note: Although our systems are designed to automatically execute these
removal procedures, we cannot guarantee that deletion will occur within the set
time period in the event of
legal obligations or valid legal process requiring us
to preserve content, reports
of abuse or other violations of the Terms of Service, or
if your account or content you have created is reported by others. persons or by our automated systems for abuse
or other violations of the Terms of Service. Finally, we may also retain
certain information as a backup for a limited period of time or as required by
law.
Control of your data
As said before, on our side we try to be as transparent as possible, and on
the other hand, we want to guarantee you control of your data. Thus, you will have access to the following features:
· Access, correction and portability. You can access and edit most of your basic account information directly in
our apps. You can also use Download My
Data to get a copy of information that is not available in our apps in
a portable format so you can move or store it wherever you want. Because your
privacy is important to us, we will ask you to verify your identity or provide
additional information before allowing you to access or update your personal
information. We may also reject your request to access or update your personal
information for a number of reasons, including, for example, if the request
endangers the privacy of other users or is unlawful.
· Withdrawal of permissions. In most
cases, if you let us use your information, you can simply revoke your
permission by changing the settings in the app or on your device if your device
offers these options. Of course, if you do this, some services may only work
partially.
· Deletion. We value having you with us, but if for any
reason you want to delete your account, you can go to Delete My Account. You can also delete certain information
from the app, such as the history of your swipes.
· Personalized suggestion preferences. We try to show you advertisers
who are likely to satisfy you based on our analysis of your interests. If you
wish to change the information, we and our advertisers use to select these sponsored Groups, you
may do so in the app.
· Communicate with other Buddiz'. It is
important to us that you know who you are communicating with. That's why we
have designed two modes (Day and Night) that allow you to indicate, among other
things, who can see your private information and a report button permanently
accessible if you want to prevent another Buddiz' from contacting you again.
International data
transfers
Your personal data remains in your country of
residence. We do not transfer or store your data on servers outside the
European Economic Area (EEA).
Minor
Our services are not intended, and we do not offer, to persons under the
age of 18. For this reason, we do not knowingly
collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to the
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time. In any case, we
will make sure to keep you informed. This may result from changing the date
indicated at the top of the Privacy Policy available on our website and mobile
application. We may also notify you by means of a specific notification (for
example by adding a statement on the homepages of our websites or by sending
you a notification via the app).
